This piece is named The Citrus Project. It's a dream catcher made with fresh oranges and grapefruit. This piece represents the delicacy and beauty of the citrus fruits' natural anatomy. I attempted to naturally dry the fruit after cutting them into thin slices. After days of letting them dry, although the scent was faint, I noticed when the pulp was pierced the scent became very strong. I used all found objects including tree branches, and string and the fruit itself.
